1. Scope of Services
UUA provides hauling-related services including, but not limited to:

• Junk removal for residential and commercial clients

• Dumpster rental and delivery

• Moving labor and short-distance moving support

• Trash valet services for multifamily communities and HOAs

All services are subject to availability, location, and scheduling capacity. UUA reserves the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

Quotes are based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Volume, weight, and type of materials hauled

• Time required for loading/unloading

• Accessibility of site (stairs, elevators, parking limitations, etc.)

• Distance of transport for moving or deliveries

• Dumpster size, rental period, and additional fees (e.g., overages, prohibited items)

 

Quotes are valid for 15 days. All charges must be paid in full before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Dumpster Rental Terms

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring the placement area is accessible and approved

• Avoiding placement on unpermitted or unstable surfaces

• Not disposing of hazardous, flammable, or prohibited materials (e.g., tires, paint, chemicals, electronics, etc.)

Overfilled or overweight dumpsters may incur additional charges. Rental extensions are subject to availability.
UUA is not responsible for property damage caused by improper surface preparation, weather conditions, or third-party interference.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may result in a service fee.
In the event of weather delays, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, UUA reserves the right to reschedule services. We will make every reasonable effort to notify customers promptly.

5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful service, customers must:

• Provide clear access to the property or site

• Remove vehicles or obstacles as needed

• Secure pets and inform all relevant parties (e.g., property managers, tenants)

If conditions on-site are unsafe, inaccessible, or outside of the scope agreed upon, UUA may charge a dry run fee or cancel the service at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability
While UUA exercises care and professionalism, we are not liable for:

• Damage to driveways, curbs, lawns, or underground systems due to normal operation of heavy equipment

• Damages caused by unsecured or unstable items during moving

• Delays beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures)

In no event shall UUA’s liability exceed the total amount paid for the applicable service.

7. Content Ownership & Use

• All content on this website — including text, images, logos, service descriptions, and downloadable materials — is the property of Up Up & Away, LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any part of this site without prior written permission.
